We do not charge a room rental fee for any of our private or semi-private spaces. However, there may be a food and beverage minimum required for your event. All costs (excluding 8.875% New York State Sales Tax and the Discretionary Gratuity Amount) associated with the food, beverage and labor for the Event have been accounted for in the final Event price. You may choose to provide at Discretionary Gratuity Amount (for food and beverage charges only, exclusive of sales tax), which will be calculated as a percentage of the final Event price and added to the final bill upon the conclusion of the Event. In addition to a short contract, a 50% deposit is required to secure your reservation. Your reservation is confirmed once we have received both your contract and deposit.
We require a 48-hour advance guarantee of the number of guests in your party. The final bill will be calculated according to the number of guests stipulated on the contract or the final number of guests in attendance, whichever is greater.
In event of cancellation, all deposits will be refunded in full with a minimum of 14 days advance notice. Deposits for cancellations received less than two weeks prior to the date of the event will be held for up to three months, and applied to a future event.
