Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois will be joined by Butcher & Bee’s Chef Bryan Weaver for a night of Southern revelry and a four-course collaborative menu featuring ingredients including Two Brooks Rice, Pecan Ridge Plantation, Certified Angus Beef, and Onliest Oyster. 

You can expect a 4-course meal with riffs on Butcher & Bee’s popular mezze plates, grilled and smoked prime, dry-aged beef, corn custard and ice cream.
